Passing SB 1122 was not easy and today its the fate hangs in the balance as it moves to the Governor’s desk for his signature.
Currently, the insurance industry is doubling down, spending a significant amount of money in an effort to mislead the public about what SB 1122 will do and persuade the Governor to veto this important bill.
